The last time I posted about actor Fra Fee -- who could be seen getting naked all over Leo Woodall in the Apple series Prime Target -- I found out that he's an out and proud 'mo a la me (and perhaps you) and I vowed then and there that I'd make myself a big ol' cheerleader for all things Fra Fee related. Well now just a couple months later he's coming at us looking tres sexy in a shoot for Numero magazine as his new Netflix series called Unchosen (about cults and co-stars Asa Butterfield and Christopher Eccleston) premieres literally today so I am here, also, proving myself a man of my word. Earlier today I thought I'd relegate this new Attitude magazine photoshoot of Hawkeve and Prime Target actor Fra Fee to Bluesky (here) but that was when I just had two photos -- now we've got the whole thing and it demands an audience, it demands respect, it demands I throw myself on the floor its faithful servant. And here we are. If you're all like "Fra what, Fee who?" see we have posted about him a couple of times before -- the man got gay and naked with Leo Woodall for god's sake, of course he captured our attentioin. That said I should've done a little deeper.a dig (ahem) because apparently he's been out as a noted homosexual for some time and I had no idea! I learned that via the interview alongside these photos, and so we must now officially welcome him to the club. Which here at MNPP means -- leer. We will leer. They're giving me Walt Whitman via James Bidgood feels. What's the word? Bucolic. That's the word. Anyway on Tuesday we shared the trailer for director Zack Snyder's movie The Last Photograph which co-stars Fra in its lead opposite an extremely buff and oft-naked Stuart Martin. You might recognize Fra from previous turns on the Hawkeye series or from the Rebel Moon movies or from all his hot sexy times with Leo Woodall on Prime Target. Or maybe just from the several times I've posted about him now. I do sometimes tend to get fixated!
Although I have a love-hate relationship with Zack Snyder's movies I think it's a little less contentious than most -- I loved Dawn of the Dead and 300 unabashedly, and Watchmen and Sucker Punch both have pieces worth defending. If I had to watch hetero-bombast I always preferred his more Kinsey-middle version to Michael Bay's! Anyway it wasn't until he waded into the swamp of making really shitty Superman movies (Henry Cavill's pecs excused) that I became more and more exasperated by him -- yes I have seen "his" cut of Justice League and yes it still sucks. Anyway he seems to've wanted a change as well so we've been keeping track of his next movie The Last Photographfor awhile now -- okay mainly because Snyder has been posting beefcake-y photos of his leading men ...
... Stuart Martin and (out gay!) Fra Fee on social media for awhile, but still. It had me curious! Anyway the movie's got a trailer today and as you can see by these gifs Snyder hasn't lost any of his ability to objectify beautiful men. This is why he and I will probably never be over! Watch:
The Last Photograph is set to premiere at TIFF soon -- in it Martin plays an ex-DEA agent who enlists the aid of a "junkie photographer" (Fee) to find the kidnapped children of a murdered diplomat in South America. I don't know what to make of the politics and exoticist issues on display in this trailer -- let's hope Snyder has delivered something thoughtful and not jingoistic. One can dream! The answer to the question, "What if Kit Harington but more trade?" I have actually posted about Irish actor Fra Fee on here before -- he was the lucky soul who got to get all gay and naked with Leo Woodall on the series Prime Target. Man that show was dumb but I would 100% watch 10 more seasons of it. Anyway for some reason Mr. Fee's Instagram popped up in my feed today even though I hadn't started following him (yet) -- this photoshoot specifically and it seemed like a nice enough way to greet a Friday morning to me. He's got a few projects in the works so I think we'll see more of him, so let's familiarize ourselves some more before that happens right now right here after the jump...
Chalk this one up as another show I will never have the time to get around to watching, but I guess The White Lotus pretty boy Leo Woodall is playing a gay mathermatical genius on an Apple+ series called Prime Target right now -- that's him cuddling with actor Fra Fee above in a recent episode, but the outrageously talented cast starring opposite Leo also includes Martha Plimpton, David Morrissey, Jason Flemyng, Harry Lloyd, Quintessa Swindell, Stephen Rea, and my Duke of Burgundy love Sidse Babett Knudsen. That said even with that cast I have heard the show is utterly ridiculous and well not to be mean but Leo Woodall playing a mathematical genius kind of feels like... a reach. Gay, on the other hand -- gay he can do! And butt ass naked he can also do, as you'll see in the gifs I have for you after the jump...
