Good Morning, World

I feel like there has been a lot of Patrick Wilson Working Out content making its way onto the internet over the past few weeks and months (bless you Cape Fear) but I guess in order to look like Patrick Wilson looks in his mid-50s then working out is how you're spending most of your time. I just feel blessed about the "making its way onto the internet" part because how else would we know about it? Imagine back in the day when we had to rely on carrier pigeons for this sort of thing. 

Today instead we're relying on a very handsome actor named Jimmy Nicholas (formerly of Chicago Fire) who's Patrick's "workout partner" (I basically had no reason to put that into quotation marks, but by doing so didn't your mind go places? Mine did) who shared all of these photos from a recent running experience with ol' Patty on his Instagram.
