Once I have the time to actually watch the gay show everybody's talking about -- i.e. Boots on Netflix aka the one that Pete Hegseth is clearly jerking off to when he goes home at night and closes the blinds -- I am sure that I will have a lot of posts to do from it. I've already started making and filling folders of photos of several of its actors and I haven't even watched a second of the show yet! But I do keep my ear to the ground (yes my ear) for such things, so I am aware! Which is why I have this gif of former Agents of SHIELD actor Brett Dalton swanning about in the nude looking sexier than ever on Boots -- the nude! Anyway if you've watched Boots yourselves tell me your thoughts, and tell me what to keep an eye out for when I get to it. And happy motherfucking Friday. I am real ready for this exact week to end, believe you me.

As a gay marine that served in the 2000s-2010s, a lot of it rings true, both the persistent dread and joys of serving as a gay man in a hyper-toxic environment with “brothers.” And the eye candy is incredible, I think one guy will sit atop Jason’s list once he sees it. The only part that doesn’t work for me is the mom’s story, which could be interesting as its own story but sort of feels untrue against the realism of the main storyline.
So much freezes framing of that gif. I will get no work done today.
Max Parker is beautiful and Kieron Moore is sex on legs. They were both in that short-lived 'Vampire Academy' series. The cast were as gorgeous as the Spanish locations.
Loved the series and will watch a second time. The book, The Pink Marine, is now on my reading list. There is so much hotness in the show that it's a 12 course feast for the eyes. It's hard, see what I did there lol, to decide on a favorite performance, but Max Parker's portrayal of the conflicted DI is phenomenal.
Note that the Crazy Eyes character (Orange Is the New Black comparison intended) is played by an out queer actor named Angus O'Brien (who despite that name is actually American, unlike several of his castmates).
