--- Stay Puft - Via here comes fifty reasons why Ghostusters might be the greatest movie ever made. And one reason, debatable, that it isn't. All kidding aside, I do think it's a pretty much perfect movie, in that it gives a mass audience everything one could really want from the movie-going experience at once. Thrills, Chills, Laughs, Sigourney Weaver, giant demon dogs... it's got it all. Annie Potts!

--- You Got To Prey - Turns out Neil Marshall directing the new Predator film was just a rumor; now the dude who directed Kontroll - his name is Nimrod Antal - is supposedly in the lead for the gig. Sadness. Marshall woulda rocked that shit. I think I liked Kontroll but I can't remember a bit about it for the life of me. Hrm.

--- Another Guest - Benicio Del Toro is going to be in Sofia Coppola's Somewhere, that movie starring the unlikely trifecta that is Stephen Dorff, Dakota Fanning, and Chris "Jackass" Pontius. Benicio's role is supposed to be small though.

--- That's Mr. Collins To You - Johnny Depp is hinting again that his Dark Shadows movie with Tim Burton really is what they're going to be doing next. Plus other, less interesting (Pirates, snooze) stuff.

--- Single White Brit - Does Sam Mendes loathe the institution of marriage? Heaven forbid!

--- Wiig In Action - There's a gallery of behind-the-scenes photographs from the set of Greg Mottola's Paul over at Simon Pegg's website, taken by Pegg himself. This is the alien-buddy comedy with everybody cool on Earth in it, you should recall. Look, Kristen Wiig!


Plus some bonus Pegg just cuz he looks sorta cute there. (And that's everywhere-dude Joe Lo Truglio with Kristen; he's not even listed on the IMDb page for the film yet but seeing as he's always everywhere I'm not surprised to see him show up here)
