Be Bat Back

I have just managed to keep my expectations for the new Batman movie (titled as you may know The Batman) dirt basement low, but it's a good thing I am leaving right this minute for my press screening of it because I can smell those expectations creeping upwards, and I wanna go in without 'em. I'm generally pro-Batman mind you -- Batman Returns is life itself, after all -- and I'm pro-everybody in its cast, but the trailer for this one didn't manage to overcome my feeling that we are sort of Batman'd out at the moment, as a culture. But please, I'm all for the movie proving me wrong, and I sure ain't rooting against Robert Pattinson. We'll see in a couple of hours!
