Well, I warned you. I told you yesterday that I'm off this week after today, and I am keeping my promise slash threat. I'm gone until Monday! Here to keep you company are a couple pictures of Alexander Skarsgård from 2016 that I'm pretty sure I've posted before, but what -- you'd rather look at him with the shaved head and prosthetic gut that he's sporting in The Hummingbird Project, his new movie out in theaters on Friday? You can watch the trailer for that here, by the way -- I haven't had a chance to watch my screener yet but I plan to on my travels tomorrow so perhaps I'll share thoughts on it upon my return. Ooh boy, something to look forward to!
Anyway if you're in a city where they're playing there are two great films out on Friday -- there's The Mustang with Matthias Schoenaerts, which I literally, literally, just reviewed. S'good. And then there's the fabulous gay giallo Knife + Heart, which I reviewed a few months ago, and which I heartily (ho ho ho) recommend. So go watch a movie goddammit. They're good for your ass.
