If you saw the picture that I posted of Jake on the Tumblr last week then you probably noticed Jake's looking pretty large in the chest region -- and for good reason! He's got several military-themed projects in the immediate pipeline, and you know how he likes to perk up his bosoms when he slips into uniform. We already told you about The Anarchists vs ISIS, which he's making with the director of Life, and we already told you about the video-game adaptation The Division too...
... well now he's heading to the second World War (which has been generally under-explored in film, don't you think?) to star in The Lost Airman, an adaption of the recent book by Seth Meyerowitz telling the true story of a pilot who was shot down over the Nazi-occupied French countryside and who then somehow managed to evade the Germans for six full months. Anybody read it?
No word yet on who's directing but Amazon is putting up the moolah, as they also did for Jake's immediately forthcoming and nutso looking Okja with Tilda Swinton.
