Seems that Brad Pitt has replaced Matt Damon in The Fighter, Darren Aronofsky's next flick, opposite Mark Wahlberg. Via JJ:

Course, the last time Pitt deigned to work with Mr. Aronofsky he ended up bailing on The Fountain and causing all sorts of hellish problems... hopefully this time he'll keep his shit together. i don't suppose there's any chance that mark wahlberg's character is a mute in this one, is there? he's always rubbed me the wrong way. pretty, though.
