The line-up for the 2023 Sundance Film Festival was announced today and you can see the entire thing here -- I'm still scanning through it but first things first there is a movie called Magazine Dreams about an amateur bodybuilder starring Jonathan Majors and above is the first photo so clearly this just became the most important movie of 2023. Is that shortsighted? Perhaps the most important movie of all time? Well we'll hold off I suppose. Anyway I'll post more about the line-up soon once I've gotten through it and sussed out what I will be seeing -- I am covering it again; thank goodness for the continued possibility of remote coverage! -- but I just had to, you know, give this photo its due right away.
