OMG! That was the very scene we had to leave the theater because as a 7 year old, I got too scared.
Olivia de Havilland does some very important screaming in this film
This is one of the two movies that actually freaked me out as a young kid. When I went to bed that night, every time I closed my eyes, I would see swarming bees. Amityville Horror was the my other fright. I went in to sleep on my parents floor that night. Other than these two instances, I can disassociate from the movie experience very well. I don't even have a fear of bees because I've been considering raising honey bees lately.
