Everything You Ever Need To Know About Life...

 ... you can learn from:

Bridesmaids (2011)

Ted: This is so awkward. I really want you to leave, but
I don't know how to say it without sounding like a dick.

Jon Hamm's gratuitously hot, gratuitously awful character in Bridesmaids teaches us how to be not a decent person, and that's always a "Life Lesson" worth an underline. A happy 50 to Hamm today! As you might recall I did a big binge of Mad Men during quarantine last summer (watched the entire thing over the span of about two and a half weeks!) and I recommend that long long loooong tweet-thread, it was a good time.

Anyway after that I truly get Hamm's appeal more than I did before, when it was just free-balling DILF BDE -- Don Draper truly is an accomplishment he can coast on for the rest of time if he so chooses. Well Don Draper and Ted. That's enough for any one man! Oh and Bridesmaids turns 10 in a few weeks! Can you believe it? That movie's still a laugh riot. And it took ten whole years but Kristen Wiig & Annie Mumulo delivered a follow-up worth its weight in glorious Dornan Calves...
