It's not the first time Luca's made it clear he wants to do the sequel -- he's said it several times, and it's not too outlandish given Andre Aciman released a book that did just that last fall -- but this is the first time he's been so definitive about things. In related news I don't think I ever linked to this other interview with Luca at Vulture that happened a couple of weeks ago, wherein he shared how he's been spending his quarantine. It's exactly how you'd expect, bless him.
