A lot of big things happened on last night's season premiere of A Game of Thrones' final season which we won't get into -- there were dragons! But no elephants! -- but I was happiest about seeing Gendry (our boy Joe Dempsie) brought back into the fold. (This is not really a spoiler unless you're like way behind since he was back at the end of last season.) I smiled much like Arya did upon seeing him, with all the same "I'm gonna lose my virginity to him" notes built into my smile as hers, to boot. (It's a shame he does his blacksmithing with all those clothes on now, though. Where is the shirtless continuity, writers?)
