... okay maybe not of that one specifically. Although now that I mention it, a list of weird director / property pairings would be fun to do, right? Like how Guillermo Del Toro's been trying to make Pinnochio for years. Well... that's not for today. Today I'm keeping it simple. Today I'm going to list my favorite -- not the best, just my favorites -- of their traditionally animated films. (Meaning no Pixar and no Jack Skellington.)

Beauty & the Beast (1991)

Bambi, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, and The Lion King.
Fantasia, Sleeping Beauty, The Emperor's New Groove - those 3 definitely. Then I think Aladdin and Wreck-It Ralph - although I remember thinking The Rescuers was delightful but I haven't seen it since my kid days, so maybe that would knock out one of those 2 if I watched it again.

"Beauty and the Beast" is in my top five movies of all time. Two would be "Fox and the Hound." 3. "The Iron Giant" 4. "The Last Unicorn" 5. Don't judge, but I love the music of "Frozen" and Jonathan Groff as Kristoffer is the hottest Disney "prince" ever.
Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, The Princess and the Frog, Lilo and Stitch and The Fox and the Hound would be my top 5 choices.
Oh Please! Frozen's Kristoff looks almost Neanderthal compared to the classically handsome princes of traditionally animated films.
Prince Phillip of Sleeping Beauty is the most good looking imo.
