That there's the first poster for Paul Dano's directorial debut called Wildlife - just like the poster says! - starring Carey Mulligan and some doofy guy named Jake. The poster's an elongated version of an image seen in the film's trailer already - you can watch the trailer right here. The poster comes via IndieWire where they chatted with Dano about the movie, which is out on October 19th - I wonder if it will play NYFF? The timing makes some sense. Anyway I think the poster is very attractive but like usual I'd love to see a copy without all of the pull-quotes smothering it. (See also: the similarly clogged Call Me By Your Name poster.)
