If you saw and enjoyed Julia Ducournau's Raw last year then you should definitely seek out Lisa Brühlmann's new film Blue My Mind, which plays in a similar vein, putting teen girl hormones through the horror movie wringer - they're kind of like Sofia Coppola on a bad trip, and that's something I am certainly down with. i'm usually down for pretentious movies, but raw was too pretentious for me.
