What I found frustrating about this interview is that he acknowledges that it's important for gay actors to play gay roles, and that representation is important, while simultaneously sidestepping the issue of his own sexuality.

It's a complicated issue, and I don't think anyone is obligated to come out, but sometimes when you have these celebrities who occupy this weirdly vague, glass-closet, middle ground, I think it may create more problems than it solves?
