I'm wondering this morning if it was James Norton who insisted on having a shirtless scene written into every episode of his new show McMafia (see also here) or if the producers demanded it, or if the two of them together came together like God and the Heavens and said, "It Shall Pass!" and so it was and so it shall ever be, amen.
