I won't have a proper "Best of 2017" list until god knows when, y'all know how I roll with such things (way behind the curve) but I was working on a list of the movies I have seen so far this year and I was reminded that Francois Ozon's Frantz totally counts, which is something I shouldn't have needed a reminder of - it should be showing up on people's lists, dammit. Anyway you should see Frantz if you haven't (here's my review) and there's a picture of the film's star half-naked beside a bookshelf because Merry Christmas to me. (click to embiggen)
