The great Werner Herzog is turning 75 today and if you head on over to The Film Experience I wrote up some thoughts up on him alongside his semi-contemporary David Lynch (Lynch is four years younger and began film-making a decade after him) because why not? Twin Peaks was fresh on my mind after watching the finale last night and immediately reading every review within reach. (But then I foresee that finale haunting me for a long time.) But it's not nothing - there's some there there between these two greats. Check it!
