Idris Pounds Away

So yesterday's delightful picture of Idris Elba in his boxer briefs that he posted on his Instagram was actually meant to put the emphasis on the "boxer" portion of that -- he's training to be a fighter, and not for a movie, but for a new Discovery Channel series that will document the whole thing. In other words, hours and hours of Idris Elba half-naked putting his hands on other dudes.

In related news I died yesterday and have now entered the "heaven" portion of existence, apparently. Anyway his Instagram has indeed been heavy on the pounding lately - here's one of his videos:
