Low Flying Panick Attack

.
As I said earlier it's silly of me to try to post on Radiohead this week because IT IS HAPPENING and as soon as I hit post something HAPPENS -- earlier I shared those Instagram snippets but now as theorized the entire first single, called "Burn the Witch," has dropped along with a stop-motion video - watch it below! It's basically a sweet little stop-motion remake of The Wicker Man, what a delight! God this band gets me.

.
(thx Pedro!)

ETA Consequence of Sound shares the single's art-work (seen there above... and totally reminiscent of Stanley Donwood's single art for the OK Computer era, says the Radiohead nerd) as well as the news that the single will be available on all of the usual purchasing platforms tomorrow' morning. Whee it has begun!!! If you need me I'll be over in the corner listening to this song on repeat all day long.

It’s impossible to watch this video without thinking of Nicolas Cage in a bear suit, screaming about the bees.

But then, that’s true of most videos.
