Sorry for this, James Marsden, but if you allow fashion models to take shirtless pictures with you while "working out" then you've got to expect online competitions of this sort to spring up... you know, besides the other things that it causes to "spring up." Especially if you do it more than once!

I have never seen Marsden that buffed. I'm liking it a lot, but what is it for? Anyone know?
James Marsden does a few Iron Man competitions. He's been in great shape for quite a few years now. He does 40 something really well.
