I've made it well known that I couldn't stand the majority of the first season of True Detective, but these on-set shots of Colin Farrell and Taylor Kitsch are wiping away all my bad memories of McConaughey's waxy-philosophizing and giving me hope that season two might be less about bullshit and more about the love between one man's handlebar mustache and another man's distressed jeans.
