Say Cheese, Lobster

.
And now all I can think of are those delicious cheesy rolls they serve at Red Lobster. I hate seafood but I love those damned rolls; they've been my saving grace all the times my mother's dragged me to RL. Aaaaanyway this week's "Beauty vs Beast," in case that bizarre roll rant wasn't making it clear, is celebrating Miss Annie Hall herself, Diane Keaton, on the occasion of her 69th birthday. Head over to The Film Experience to vote and get all yer la-di-dah's out.

No need for a mix - this recipe perfectly replicates them. I make them for every holiday meal I host. Super easy, super fast and super unhealthy - but delicious.

2 & 1/2 C Bisquick Mix
3/4 C Whole Milk
1/2 stick cold butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 C Shredded Cheddar
------------------------
2 tbs melted butter
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Combine Bisquick and cold butter in medium bowl using pastry cutter

3. Add cheese, milk & garlic powder and mix by hand

4. Drop in 1/4 C portions onto ungreased cookie sheet

5. Bake 15-17m until light brown

6. Stir remaining ingredients together & brush tops (use it all)
