Those two color choices are references to an exchange of dialogue between Shelley and Sissy Spacek's characters in 3 Women - they're the names of wines that Millie brings home. But color is hardly just color in Altman's brilliant film - I mean, Spacek's character is named "Pinky Rose" for goodness sake. Anyway we're here cuz we're wishing our beloved Shelley a happy 65th birthday today. I hope where ever she is she's having a glorious time and knows what a gigantic hole her absence has left in movies for the twelve years she's been gone.

I want to bugger Shelley Duvall (as the bird was in 1967 when the bird was 18, not as the bird is now obviously).
