Hey everybody! I've got a plea for you today and for once it's not for myself. (It's my good deed of the millennium.) Once upon a time Kickstarter was a place for itty bitty indie projects. Think back before Veronica Mars, before Spike Lee, before (shudder) Zach Braff. (Yes there was a time before Zach Braff - hard to believe, but true.) Well today I direct you towards one of them old-school itty bitties. Two of my best buddies in all the world are trying to get a short comic film about mistaken identity at a film festival off the ground - it's to be called Adam Imitating Art, and here's what they've got to say:

If I've ever made you smile know that these two have made me smile infinity times those times, and they can be trusted with bringing the laughs. And really, forget what I said up top about this not really being for myself - I wanna see this movie! I wanna see it really badly. So help me out by helping them make it, please. And thank you. There I used my manners, now it's your turn. Here's a link to the Kickstarter page, and here's the official Facebook page for the project. Go give your money and give your likes and make the world a better place. That's what this is, you know. It's saving the world. Be a hero today. (Art up top by Noelle Kraus)
