Slow Fass

Last we heard about Slow West was back in August, but now everybody's reporting that it's a go for a shoot later this year in New Zealand, so let's look back (and take the opportunity to post a big picture of Fassy, duh). Slow West is the Western he's making with the director of Pitch Black Heist, a short film the two made together before (which you can watch at the first link in this post). We don't know anything plot-wise still, but it's going to co-star Kodi Smit-McPhee and Ben Mendelsohn.

Separately in Fassy news, CBN got a couple brief quotes from him on the status of other future projects - he doesn't know if there will be a Prometheus 2 at this point, but he will definitely be shooting the video-game adaptation Assassin's Creed sometime next year. So arrange your Fassbender-themed wall calendars accordingly.
