That is apparently how Mark Strong replied when asked about whether he would play Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's upcoming Man of Steel sequel, aka Superman vs Batman or whatever the fuck they're calling it. There were rumors a few weeks ago, before any of the Batman nonsense revealed itself, that he might play the role. DH mentions that there are rumors now, contrary to whatever Strong is saying, that Bryan Cranston could be up for the role of Lex... which honestly kinda blows my mind. I want that.

I mean I like Strong fine (I gratuitized him aplenty back in 2011) but as I said when this rumor first surfaced he's already played a big bad in the DC universe - he was Sinestro in Ryan Reynolds' Green Lantern movie. Why can't these roles get spread around a little more? Sure Cranston might be sorta semi-ubiquitous right now but he hasn't done any superhero movies yet, and sure, Lex might call on him to channel some Walter White up in there, but I fail to see that as a bad thing.
