A happy 29th birthday to Victor Rasuk, a fine actor who should be a much bigger name than he is. Like most people I first saw him in the terrific Raising Victor Vargas (which turns ten years old in a couple of months!); since then he's worked steadily but the only other performance of his I've seen is Stop-Loss, which he was also terrific in.
