That right there is some early concept art-work of what Herman Munster could have looked like in Bryan Fuller's Munsters reboot Mockingbird Lane, done by the artist John Gallagher. That is much more grotesque than he ended up looking; I'm not surprised NBC wanted to soften it a tad. Anyway it's nifty art - you can see several more pieces at this link. (The one called "Eddie on the Prowl" is especially gorgeous, I think.) Oh and relatedly, if you're on Facebook you should join the group dedicated to getting the show turned into an actual series.
