Well I'm filing this picture away for future use. It's via THR who tells us that Joel's doing a multi-episode arc on the show as a con-man who gets involved with the big bad bikers somehow. Well whatever it is all about, it's going to haunt my dreams.

Is that Jimmy Smits in the background? I know he's supposed to be on the show this season and that looks like him, I just can't completely tell....
I think it might be. I don't watch the show so I'm not sure, but that could def. be him.
