That's Matthew Fox - yes, Matthew Fox from Lost and Party of Five - in his new movie Alex Cross, which is based the same books and the same character that Morgan Freeman starred as in Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider. I don't remember Morgan Freeman's veins having veins, so I think this is a different take on the material. Kinda Never Back Down by way of The Machinist. AKA WTF.
