Let's Do HBO's Work For Them

I expect my check in the mail for giving A Game of Thrones so much free publicity, HBO! And as long as I'm mentioning impossible things I expect in the mail, I also would like a long coat of Mithril and a pair of Jake Gyllenhaal's used underpants, please. Thanks, world! Here's a teaser for the second season of Thrones:

ETA okay obviously I hadn't bothered to even watch this before posting it, because now that I have - that's it? Good grief, what a waste of 15 seconds of my life. Now I really want that Mithril.

Look, I'm sorry, but why has Game of Thrones got the attention it has? The first few episodes were ok before collapsing into a cess of cliched accents and a lost plot. No wonder Sean Bean ran away.

Why is it that toss off like this gets renewed and Rubicon didn't?

I think Bean might've known his character was set to croak beforehand, the book having come out nearly 15 years ago, but don't let that get in the way of your argument.

I think the book also had seven families fighting to control Westeros but I couldn't find that in the tv series too. I won't let that get in the way of my argument either.
