I think I'm going to watch Wes Craven's My Soul To Take tonight, but I am afraid! Not afraid of the ghouls that inhabit the film, but rather the reputation it has for being utter shitballs and what that might do to my enthusiasm for Craven's next movie, the fourth Scream. Did any of y'all actually see this movie? Should I just pour bleach into my eye-sockets instead? I mean, I've seen Cursed. I know how low Craven can go already. Or do I?

I liked it! I can't get at all why everyone hates it so much. I thought it was hilarious in a good. Fun ride.
In a good "way" that was supposed to say.
It's disjointed enough to be interesting. It's like it was so poorly constructed that it achieves this unsettling tone and kind of nightmare logic almost by accident.
One thing actually made it bearable. Raul Esparza. He is delicious.
