That chap right there is named Phillip Winchester and thanks to Fringe - he's Fauxlivia's globe-trotting doctor boyfriend that has an apparent allergy to shirts and shoes - I've struck up a crush on him. That shot is from a 2009 indie called In My Sleep which, judging from the shots I've seen, he spends 95% of partially naked.
