Have you seen the latest, restored release? big news here in MO is that it will be shown at Webster University, near St. Louis, on 10/1 accompanied by a live orchestra playing the original theatrical release score. Even in Kansas city, where everything's up-to=date, they ain't got that goin'. Zoodah!

I did see it when it played here in NY, gb. We didn't get a live orchestra though! That'll be rad! Have fun. The film's AMAZING, obviously, everybody knows that already. But the new-found footage really does add so much to the movie. It felt new. Glorious.

I'm so glad I got to see this film in two of my classes at the university last year...it really is just amazing.
