This news is pretty rad (via Cinematical): IFC will start screening four films that they're premiering at Fantastic Fest in Austin later this month on their On Demand service at pretty much the same instant. The films are Heartless, the supposedly Neil Gaiman-esque horror-ish movie starring Jim Sturgess that I've spoken of before, a French "mountain climbing gone wrong!" flick called High Lane, an Aussie horror flick called Primal (any of you Aussies seen it?)...

And then there's the fourth film. It's called Red White & Blue and I'd not heard of it until today - I also saw it mentioned someplace else this morning, can't remember where - but it's getting some strong word of mouth from what I can gather. From the review at HorrorSquad:"[Simon] Rumley's gritty-looking film is low budget, but it bears none of the low-budget trappings that destroy films crafted by lesser talents. It is not spiteful; it is not hateful; but it is beautiful in a supremely unnerving, macabre way. Red, White & Blue does not just get under your skin, it flays it from your very bones."
