--- Screw Face - That picture there to the right was tweeted by Mr. Craven himself from the set of Scream 4, promising some rusty implement action in the movie, it'd appear. (via) A giant rusty screw seems like something out of the Saw series, right? I don't think that's a mistake.--- Double Disc'ed - We have specifics on that full-edition DVD of Grindhouse at last. It's out on October 5th, just in time for my first visit to Austin wherein I fully intend to visit some movie landmarks including that bar in Death Proof for sure.
--- Another No One - I liked Tell No One a lot, so I wasn't too keen on an Americanized remake, but Andrew Dominik, who made Chopper and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford making it most certainly changes my mind on that score. Yes!
--- Ooh Bendy - I haven't read The Contortionist's Handbook but with Chuck Palahniuk's championing it and Channing Tatum wanting to star in a film adaptation I probably will at some point. It sounds right up my alley.--- And finally, if you haven't watched this video of Michael Cera and Jason Schwartzman doing the weather in an unusual bit of press for Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, you probably ought to. (via) Just sayin. It is worth your time.
