Raise Your Hand If You're Sure...

.

... that A) Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo are now officially playing Hawkeye and The Hulk, respectively, in Joss Whedon's Avengers movie, and/or B) that that's a really odd and distracting spot for the lens-flare to have decided to land on Mr. Renner above.

Anyway the big moment of the Con was that announcement along with the entire cast assembling on stage. You can see some pictures here or here or at a billion different sites. I however am pulling the focus into one specific direction...

We all know that Chris Evans is not a small dude. And Chris Hemsworth makes Chris Evans look like a small dude. And I like it. Somebody slip a note in front of Joss that makes it clear to him that Thor and Captain America need to spend a lot of their screen-time together. Partnering up, and what not.

Does Mark Ruffalo look like he's about
to cry to anybody else though?

Uncomfortable. I wonder if he's been to ComiCon before? I can't think of anything off the top of my head that'd have taken him there before. But I read somewhere that the dude from Marvel that made those nasty comments about Ed Norton getting tossed out of the Hulk role had gotten booed just a wee bit earlier in the panel, so that made Ruffalo's surprise appearance kind of awkward, nd well you can tell from the pictures. Mark, just grab a video camera and then grab Jeremy and Chris and Chris and y'all head to a motel room and make everything better. For all of us. With extensive footage.

Holy. Shit. How is so much hotness supposed to be contained in one movie?
