How I Spent My Friday Evening

.

What more can I say? They say a picture speaks a thousand words but that one right there clocks in at about a million, million point five. That's me, Ellen Greene, and Bryan Fuller. Touching. If you take note of my face, you can see I'm about seventeen thousand shades of dazed. Twenty hours later and I still haven't come down yet. The boyfriend and I sat at a table at Sardi's across from those two along with an assortment of Bryan's wonderful friends, had a couple drinks, Ellen sang - Ellen sang! - and we all chatted, and today I stare at the proof that it happened and it feels like a dream, like I maybe photo-shopped that thing together. But I didn't, and if I ever have grand-kids or a reasonable facsimile through my friends, right now I apologize to them in advance for all the time's they're gonna have to listen to me tell them about the time this happened.

This happened!

that's so awesome - for me! I've been reading your blog for years (most of the time in silence), you're such a great reference for me when it comes to horror movies, and yet I had never seen your face before this photo. really, REALLY awesome! so nice to finally put a face on you :)

I had the same feeling as Fer, that I finally get to see your face. See, you had the same power to us as Ellen did to you :-)

Keep up the good work with your blog. One thing that I am frustrated is that I seldom figured out the movie name from your frames, and I thought I saw a lot of movies...mmmm..

Wow, congratualations!

Maybe you could introduce any grandkids to the wonderfulness of PD so they won't mind having to hear this story over and over.

It is great when Hollywood types aren't Hollywood types at all, just smart kind people

oh, that's just wonderful!

though hearing about anyone from the series always makes me miss Pushing Daisies. Those Ned and Chuck moments always made me swoon..

Lucky lucky lucky you. Jealous jealous jealous me.

How is it that Ellen Greene actually looks younger every time I see her? The hell?
