I never thought I'd laugh so much at a Lost episode. But, really that metaphor of evil/wine and the cork, do they really think their viewers are so dummy?
And Richard Alpert or Ricardo was Spanish!! Who knew! It would've been believable if they had cared to pretend to try an accent. It may go unnoticed for English speakers, but let's say it's just like setting it in Victorian London and having the characters speak with a Texan accent. Anyway, they lost me when Ricardo's wife was named Isabella*. I know there's this thing called suspension of disbelief and all that, but if you can't even get names right...
*Isabel would've been the right choice, but let's be Italian it sounds more romantic.
