"For me it's always Strangers on a Train that I thought of when I saw her. She's charming in Stage Fright but Strangers was the best role she had... It is too bad she didn't act more since she had a sure comic touch. But she can't be faulted for choosing to concentrate on raising her family, especially since she was always so willing to share her memories of her parents at any time.."--- That's reader Joel memorializing an MNPP Forever Fave with the death of Patricia Hitchcock, daughter to Alfred & Alma and an always welcome screen-presence that we totally adored. Jake has a shirtless scene in Brothers! I thought you might want to know.
Write something again! I miss you!!
Elian, I did nt know that and fully appreciate the heads-up.
Awww, you're sweet, Noecito. I'm not back to blogging again til Monday though. I realized yesterday that I never gave a proper announcement to that fact, that I'd be gone this whole time. But I will be. Except I am around, obviously, just taking a break. I've hardly been online, 'cept the daily checking of email of course, and it's doing my brain a lod of help.
So, in summation, Monday. I'll be back on Monday. Y'all have a fine New Years though. And I'll see you in 2010. Yeehaw!
A lod of help? Hrm. Somewhere between a lot and a load, I imagine. It's plenty.
A lod sounds sexual.
I have seen the commercial for Brothers and Prince of Persia and Jake looks hot in them both. I wasn't that impressed with Jarhead, maybe I should give it another shot. Happy New Year...
