I'm stealing this straight outta Cinematical (the online equivalent to Compton, naturally) because it's something I do not want to forget to watch myself, so thanks, Cinematical! It's the short film called Latchkey's Lament by the director Troy Nixey (seen there to the left) that caught Guillermo Del Toro's eye and got Nixey handed directorial duties for Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, the remake of the 70's scary TV movie, and which stars (sigh) Katie Holmes. I trust Guillermo enough to wanna give this a look-see. Tis in two parts..
