Oh dear. Via EW comes some under-the-radar news on the big-screen adaptation of The A-Team:
"Watchmen’s Patrick Wilson will also be featured as a CIA operative."
For reals, Pat? I mean, Bradley Cooper, sure, he'll do whatever. But Patrick? Really? I guess he does have kids (kid?) that will need college someday so I can't entirely knock him for getting a paycheck. And for the record I was a huge - HUGE - fan of The A-Team when I was like five. Massive. But I was five! I guess there are five year-olds out there today that this might be made for. Or are they going more hardcore with it? Ugh I just don't care.
This movie even being made aside, the thing that's really bothering me here is that PW didn't even get cast as any of the main characters. He's some FBI dude presumably on the sidelines. Have you not seen what he (and his ass... his blessed, beloved-by-all ass) are capable of, casting directors? You have all let me down today. I want you to take a good hard look at yourselves in the mirror and promise the rest of us you will do better in the future.
