God I can hardly recognize my beloved Joan there! Somehow I totally forgot that she was in Manhunter even though she's so vital to its success; that's a movie that I really, really need to see again. Anyway, Joan turns 53 today and I wished her a rambling one over at The Film Experience so go check that out now. I said now.

Totally didn't know this...and I was just writing about how great she is in The Upside of Anger.
I have to admit that I've seen few of her movies (I did see The Upside of Anger...did she drink). I will always love her in Pleasantville, really good movie and good performance by her. She's 53?
