Thomas Jane (The Mist) stars as a desperate high school gym teacher who resorts to his one undeniable asset to reverse his financial fortunes. Anne Heche plays his ex-wife and Jane Adams (Little Children) is his, well, pimp. Alexander Payne (Sideways) directed the pilot, which according to Variety, will be 15 minutes longer than the nine subsequent half-hour episodes."When that terrific trailer debuted the other week there was still no word on when precisely the show was going to start, so it's nice I can prepare myself proper-like now.
And I'll leave the contemplation of what "preparations" I must undergo between now and then to y'all's imaginations...
