Daisies Gets Its Due

Yes, that title's an overstatement - Pushing Daisies getting it's "due" would have to mean at the very least we'd get twenty more seasons of adventures with Ned, Chuck, Olive, Emerson and the rest of the gang, plus thousands of Emmys... possibly a Nobel Peace Prize... instead of just an airing of it's final three episodes. But we fans will take what we can get. Via:

We just got the news that the second season of "Pushing Daisies" will be released on DVD July 21st, and now we are learning that ABC will actually air the show’s three remaining episodes on Saturday nights, starting May 30th."

io9, where I found this link, says this isn't official official yet, but probably is the case. Good on ya, ABC, for at least honoring your commitments this much. I'm trying to be generous here but the anger's seeping through, right? I'll just shut it. Yay episodes!
