Ages ago, back when the Lindsay Lohan and Jane Fonda generation-gap chick-flick Georgia Rule (remember that movie?) was coming out, I devoted a gratuitous post to Garrett Hedlund, the blunk of GR and a promising piece of new meat on the movie scene. He'd been in Four Brothers and Friday Night Lights (the movie) and Troy previously. Since then... I've not given Mr. Hedlund a second of thought. My bad! Not that he's exactly been grabbing my attentions left and right, starring in only that Kevin Bacon revenge flick Death Sentence. Anyway, I was flipping through today's birthdays and saw it's his 24th, and well, I once devoted a post to him, so he's in my flesh-stable now. I've got to root for him, and give him some continued gratuitous attentions of his B-day. Hope you have a terrific one, Mr. Hedlund. I still don't mind so much looking at you.
