A thousand thank you's to Nathaniel for giving the heads-up: the trailer for Richard Kelly's Southland Tales has really for real arrived! Right here! For real! I've watched it three times now (yes, spazz) and I feel rotten to the core for having been hesitant about being excited for this movie. I am officially overboard with anticipation once more! But for now, I do what I do, I take some screengrabs... I know I took way too many, but honestly I took less than I could've; I wanted to take every frame and post it and study it and love it and hug it and squeeze it... it's like I'm actually watching the movie! For real!

Beth Grant is one of my deep, abiding loves. She's the fine lady who gave us the classic intonation of:

I loved Wonderfalls. All three episodes of it. :(
God that's a great episode of Wonderfalls. Not that there are any bad episodes, but I think that's the best one.

What are you talking about 3 episodes?! There are 13...and Fox aired every single one of them. They didn't just cancel it and then release the rest on DVD. NO NO NO...no network would ever cancel as great a show as that.
Really, though, everyone must rent all 13 episodes.
